MAPUTO (AFP) – Mozambique warmed up for a World Cup qualifier against Nigeria with a 2-0 victory over Malawi in a friendly at near-deserted (only about 2,000 in attendance) Machava Stadium Wednesday, February 11, 2009.

Ivory Coast and Turkey drew 1-1. Malawi will play Ivory Coast on March 28, 2009 (World Cup/ACN).
