“I PITY THE FOOL”
Ahead of his UK Snickers Get Some Nuts Tour, fool-pitying Mr T. did an interview with the Metro newspaper. When asked if there is a better catch phrase than “I pity the fool” here is what Mr. T. said:
”Mine is the best. A lot of people tried. Rocky tried with ‘Yo Adrian’ but that didn’t work; [comedian] Jimmie Walker tried with ‘dynamite’ but that didn’t go no where. When you say: ‘I pity the fool’ it hits home. Some times you are working around fools and when you pity the fool, you are showing them mercy. That is good for people when they drive. When someone cuts them off, they can say: ‘I pity the fool.’ That way they don’t need to get out and get into road rage”
I pity the fool who thinks that Guinea are the weakest team in Group E just because Burkina Faso beat them 4-2 today. It’s a “marathon”. Each team will play six games. It’s too early to rule out any team at this stage. The games will be played over a long period of time. Other teams will lose form, other teams will lose players due to injuries, and other teams will lose players due to suspensions (accumulation of yellow cards).
What is important at this time is taking advantage of home advantage and scoring as many goals as possible. When it’s all said and done it seems most teams will win all their home games so goal difference will be important.
They say you play to win the game. However, if you know that you can’t get the maximum 3 points the best you can do is at least fight for a point i.e. play to draw.
Tomorrow, should Malawi “take risks” or should they “park the bus”?

They should apply the “lockdown” to minimize the damage otherwise there will be total massacre.

Guinea still have a chance to qualify. In my opinion Burkina Faso are better than Ivory Coast and I think they are the ones who are going to make it to South Africa.

Metro Newspaper reporter: Talking about wimps, don’t you hate flying?
Mr. T.: That’s a fallacy. That is like Rocky Balboa beating Clubber Lang. The only reason I let Rocky beat me was because I needed the money. I ain’t no fool. My mother told me: ‘Don’t bite off the hand that feeds you.’ Sylvester Stallone wrote the script so I couldn’t beat him up, I needed the money.
