It seems The Flames of Malawi learnt (learned) a lesson in Ivory Coast.The Flames of Malawi just beat The Amavubi Stars of Rwanda 2-0 in a friendly match. Both teams have crucial games next week. Both goals were scored by Chiukepo Msowoya.

The friendly match was played at Kamuzu Stadium where according to the Malawi Coach: “no team, not even the current World Champions Italy, can beat us on home soil (Kamuzu Stadium).”

Most people may not know who Chiukepo Msowoya is. He is the one who scored the lone goal against Egypt and the 80th minute winner against DRC.

Congrats Malawi but don’t get too excited, it was a friendly. During friendlies teams don’t put in 100% effort.
